I love photographing weddings and working with couples and their families and friends. To keep the eye fresh, though, it’s good to travel around a bit. Here are some places where my cameras and I have traveled, near and far. This page is a work in progress and I have much to add, but I hope you’ll enjoy some stuff I’ve posted so far.

France, April 2024

France was gorgeous and the food was as advertised. And don’t believe the hype about the people. Even in Paris, they were great. Two years of (bad) college French was plenty, but to be honest, just about everyone speaks English, anyway. It’s like anywhere else: People are people, and when you’re nice, they’re happy to see you.

Total Solar Eclipse, April 2024

I traveled up to Northern New Hampshire for the total solar eclipse. As it was in 2017, the show was worth the colossal traffic jam at the end as 22,000 people tried to get home all at once.

Nantucket, December 2022

Photos of Nantucket on a trip over Christmas Break, 2022.

Pensacola Air Show, November 2022

Photos from the Pensacola Air Show. Pensacola is home to Pensacola Naval Air Station and the Blue Angels flight demonstration team.

Manhattan—Every Chance I Get

Photos of New York City, many of which were taken from on high with a tilt-shift lens.

San Francisco Bay Area, December 2021

Photos from San Francisco, Oakland, and other parts of the Bay Area, many of which were taken with a tilt-shift lens.

SW Utah and Arizona, August 2021

My trip to Southern Utah to see my West Coast friends who were there on a golf trip. Alas, I don’t play golf, but that allowed plenty of time for photos.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, July 2018

Photos from Cabo San Lucas, which is in Mexico at the end of the Baja Peninsula.

New England, 2013-present day

I took up photography not long after moving to New England in 2014. Here are some of my favorite images from around my new home.

Sports, 2015-2022

Images of youth and pro sports taken in Southern N.H.

Oregon, 2011-2018

Photos taken in Oregon, mostly after I’d moved to New England, but mostly on trips back, once I’d taken up photography.
